I got started in photography over 35 years ago when I bought my first camera, a Minolta SRT-201. It was 1975, I was thirteen years old and I was about to embark on a lifelong love-affair. It's lead me to many different places and many different people. While I specialize in informal portrature, street photography and fine art, I also do freelance photojournalism and donate my time to non-profit organizations while out in the field. Everyone has a story to tell, and I like to help them tell that story through pictures.

I'm also a retoucher and have been using Photoshop since version 1.0. I've done the color correction, photo retouching and assemblies for clients such as Sears, Keebler, Marlboro, Lands End, Parade Magazine, Travel & Leisure, Food & Wine and other magazines and catalogs. Photoshop is a phenomenon that's come a long way from a program that could fit on a single floppy to the bloated beast it is now. Still, I can tame the beast and provide any level of retouching or composite layouts you may require

Feel free to contact me for any project you may have. I currently work in and around South-East Michigan and North-East Indiana but can travel anywhere in the world.
